Evander Kane, winger for NHL’s Edmonton Oilers, introduces Dovetail, a limited-edition cabernet sauvignon wine.
The wine is made in collaboration with Calgary’s City & Country Urban Winery and is Kane’s first foray into wine-making.
Dovetail’s cabernet sauvignon grapes are sourced from vineyards in California’s Lodi region.
“I’m so excited to finally launch Dovetail and have consumers taste the wine. It is the perfect pour – bold, smooth, and elegant,” Kane said. “I deeply appreciate wine and the process that goes into making it. Having the chance to create Dovetail has been truly special and something I’m very proud of.”
Dovetail is available to buy from dovetailwine.ca and retails for $89.99 per bottle. It will also be available in select restaurants across Canada from early August.
