Nutrinor launches eight new cheeses under the Perron brand, two of which are the products of sustainable farming. Perron’s one- and two-year aged cheddars were made using milk from free-range cows.

These cows live on farms participating in the Nutrinor Sustainable Agricultural Pact (PADN), a continuous improvement initiative in Quebec with a membership of 125 co-operative producers.

The new product line includes a ranch-flavoured cheese curd and an aged cheddar with a smoky flavour.

“Nutrinor stands at the forefront of sustainable agriculture in Quebec, a fact we proudly reaffirm today. The collaborative power between our agricultural producer members and our dedicated employees allows us to craft unique products that resonate with conscientious consumers, bringing the future of agriculture to the table,” said Michael Norman, Nutrinor’s CEO.
